Hummingbirds and Parrots at the Mariposa

Who knows whether the parrot pictured above is the one who says hello to everyone in a voice that sounds remarkably like Paulette´s!  Several of the parrots are showing distinct nesting behaviours and so we are all keeping our fingers crossed that we may have some little ones before the dry season is out. And if we do then the hope is that we can raise them not to be tame (we had to hand feed the ones we have now and so most of them are too tame to release back into the wild. Ditto with the monkeys) and then we can set them free!! Yes!
